<p>TELEATENDIMENTO ATIVO E RECEPTIVO DE PACIENTES SOLUCIONANDO DÚVIDAS, FORNECENDO INFORMAÇÕES/ORIENTAÇÕES OU DIRECIONANDO ÁS PESSOAS INDICADAS;</p>
<p>CONFERIR DOCUMENTAÇÃO E CADASTRAR O PACIENTE EM SISTEMA PRÓPRIO;</p>
<p>EFETUAR CONTATO TEFEFÔNICO COM CONVÊNIO PARA SOLICITAR INFORMAÇÔES E/OU AUTORIZAÇÕES, QUANDO NECESSÁRIO;</p>
<p>ACOMPANHAR E CUMPRIR OS PRAZOS DE RESOLUÇÃO DAS PENDÊNCIAS DE ATENDIMENTO;</p>
<p>REALIZAR ARQUIVOS DE DOCUMENTOS DA ÁREA DE ACORDO COM ORIENTAÇÃO E CRITÉRIOS DEFINIDOS;</p>
<p>MANTER ORGANIZADO O LOCAL DE TRABALHO.</p>
