<p>Estar cursando a partir do 2º semestre o nível Técnico ou Superior em Análise de sistemas, Ciência da computação, Gestão de tecnologia da informação e/ou áreas afins.</p>
<p><strong>ATIVIDADES:</strong> &#8211; Suporte na prestação de atendimento aos clientes dos sistemas e integrados. registrar atendimento em plataformas; Tratar as solicitações de serviço de forma rápida e eficiente garantindo satisfação dos clientes; Interagir com outros solucionadores para resolução, tratativa e acompanhamento das solicitações do cliente. Atender pronta e corretamente as solicitações do cliente, registrando e solucionando conforme procedimentos técnicos..</p>
